  • Everyone's story matters. Erin understands that immigration matters can touch on an individual's most vulnerable or sensitive life details whether that be family relationships, persecution, or abuse. Erin will spend the time to thoughtfully drill down into the facts of your case in order to give you an accurate picture of your immigration situation and provide compelling representation.

  • Erin empathizes with the gravity of what is at stake in immigration cases. Family unity, safety, or moving to the United States for a better life are goals that cannot be underestimated. Erin will provide tenacious advocacy that matches the importance of your immigration goals.

  • Growing up visiting family in Costa Rica, Erin began to appreciate international travel, language, and culture at a young age. Her fascination with culture led her to study Spanish in Paraguay in high school and Arabic in Jordan during college. Erin is a world traveler and enjoys connecting with people from other cultures. Erin's multicultural experience helps her better communicate and collaborate with clients from across the globe, appreciating that we hold different values and communicate uniquely.

  • Erin has experience communicating in Spanish with dozens of clients from Central America and Mexico.

FAQs

  • While some immigration matters may seem straightforward, it is important to note that some language in the forms has specific legal meanings you would not be aware of.

Immigration processes can be very lengthy and the cost of your seemingly minor error may mean tacking on months or even years to your immigration process. Put your mind at ease and let an expert handle your case.

For immigration court proceedings specifically, legal representation has been statistically proven to greatly increase one's likelihood of winning some form of relief from removal.

  • If you're currently without immigration status, you may still have pathways to legalize your status depending on your specific circumstances. Whether you're eligible for family-based petitions, asylum, or other forms of relief, we can assess your situation and discuss the options available to you.

  • If you've received a Notice to Appear, it means you're scheduled for a hearing in immigration court. It's critical to consult with an experienced immigration attorney as soon as possible to evaluate your case and build a defense. At Liechty Law PLLC, we can help you navigate the removal process, protect your rights, and explore options to stay in the U.S.

  • Bringing a family member to the U.S. often involves family immigration petitions. The process depends on your relationship and your family member's immigration history. Whether they have a prior deportation, criminal record, or other concerns, Liechty Law is here to help you navigate the process and explore their eligibility for a visa or residency.

  • If you're facing deportation, you need immediate legal assistance to defend your right to remain in the U.S. Liechty Law PLLC specializes in Removal Defense and can represent you in immigration court, help you file necessary applications, and work to prevent deportation. Liechty Law PLLC can help you understand the impact of criminal charges and work to minimize the risk to your immigration status.

  • U.S. citizenship is the most stable legal status in the United States. It is never too early to look into naturalization since you will need to understand the requirements and make sure you do not accidentally disqualify yourself.
