Liechty Law’s founder, Erin Liechty, J.D., provides compassionate and strategic immigration representation for her clients as they navigate immigration matters ranging from routine to complex.
Erin has found the recipe for effective advocacy is accurate understanding of the law, timely communication, and client education. She aims to listen deeply to understand clients’ stories and present these stories is a compelling manner that (when possible) gets clients the immigration benefits they deserve in this country.
Erin understands how every moment matters when you away from family or trying to make the next step in your career or business.
Erin’s love for story, culture, and language, and her desire to serve immigrants neatly coalesced into immigration law practice. She enjoys connecting with clients and playing a key part in each clients’ immigration journey.
Erin has personally experienced the uncertainty of the immigration system, and the strain it can place on family.
This experience, along with a love for culture, informs her approach to compassionate and tenacious immigration representation.
